Mobility and flexibility training is focused on building up a range of motion in your entire body, from your neck all the way down to your wrist and ankles. It consists of specific exercises to assist you in gaining control again over your movement. Mobility and flexibility training will bring a side effect of decreased potential pain, it is very important to have a loose body.
